Annual custody fee, on the nominal value of securities admitted, plus 18% GST: - Up to Rs 2.5 crore (issuers of unlisted shares only): Rs 5,000 - Above Rs 2.5 crore and up to Rs 5 crore: Rs 9,000 - Above Rs 5 crore and up to Rs 10 crore: Rs 22,500 - Above Rs 10 crore and up to Rs 20 crore: Rs 45,000 - Above Rs 20 crore: Rs 75,000 In the year of admission custody is charged only for the months remaining to 31 March, counted from the month after admission. Security deposit for an unlisted company is two years of the annual custody fee grossed up by 18%. It is refundable and no TDS is deductible on it.
